FORM FOCUSED SMALL GROUP TRAINING

At MATS Boston, we specialize in form-focused small group training with a maximum of 10 participants per class. Our programs include Strength, HIIT, and Strength & Conditioning, designed to challenge you safely, effectively, and with plenty of personal attention. Small groups mean our expert trainers can focus on your form, progress, and goals — so you get the results of personal training with the energy and motivation of a group.

Our Story

MATS Boston was founded in 2023 by Zeynep, a former professional basketball player from Turkey who has dedicated the past 17 years to personal training. For the last decade, she successfully ran her own fitness studio, bringing together expertise, care, and a high standard of service. With MATS Boston, she combines her European training experience and service quality with a welcoming community in Boston — creating a boutique studio where every member feels supported, challenged, and inspired to thrive.

Our Studio

Our studio, situated at 1065 Commonwealth Ave in Boston, offers convenient access and complimentary parking facilities for clients.

Escape the crowd of larger studios and join our intimate small group classes, limited to a maximum of 10 participants per session.

Each individual has a designated workout area with a personal bench equipped with weights ranging from 5 lbs to 30 lbs for use during the class.
