Our Studio

Our studio, situated at 1065 Commonwealth Ave in Boston, offers convenient access and complimentary parking facilities for clients.

Escape the crowd of larger studios and join our intimate small group classes, limited to a maximum of 12 participants per session.

Each individual has a designated workout area with a personal bench equipped with weights ranging from 5 lbs to 30 lbs for use during the class.
